Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Website Manager to oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of our online platform. As a Website Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our website effectively communicates our mission, engages our audience, and drives action. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, optimize user experience, and enhance website performance. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring website analytics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain The New Tribe of Patriots website to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
2. Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging and visually appealing web content.
3. Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
4. Monitor website analytics and track key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for website enhancement.
6. Troubleshoot website issues and implement timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted website operation.
7. Manage website hosting, domain registration, and security protocols to safeguard against potential threats.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Website Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful website projects.
2. Proficiency in web development languages and platforms such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
3. Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO techniques to drive organic traffic.
4. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address technical issues and optimize website performance.
